When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order within 1 to 2 working days. Sundays and holidays are not counted.
We ship on working days, excluding Sundays and holidays.

What are the shipping costs?

All orders are sent with Track & Trace. This way you can track your order until delivery. After placing your order you will automatically receive an e-mail from PostNL when your shipment has been processed. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a new e-mail with your personal track-and-trace code. It may take several hours for the code to work.


!!! Please note that there can always be possible delays at PostNL, so that you will not receive your package within 1 to 2 working days. This is beyond our control and unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it.

We want to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Make sure you enter the correct shipping address. If you made a mistake or want to change something, let us know as soon as possible at info@bluedidthat.com  and we will adjust it for you .

If your order has already been processed or shipped, unfortunately we can no longer change the address. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure they enter their shipping address correctly. Therefore, make sure to double check the address entered as we cannot be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address entered by the buyer. All we can do after your order has been shipped is to wait to see if the package is sent back to us. After we receive it, we can send the package to the correct address. The additional cost is the buyer's responsibility.

All our shipments contain a track & trace number. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the address provided but you have not received the order, we may contact the carrier to investigate the issue. We cannot be held responsible for packages where the tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order address.

Change order?

This is only possible if the order has not yet been processed by us and the package has not been received by PostNL. It is only possible to add a product to your order and therefore not possible to remove a product. Do you want to add a product? Send an email to: info@bluedidthat.com

Cancel order

It is possible to cancel your order. This is only possible before your order has been received by PostNL. After the package has been received at PostNL, it is not possible to cancel. You are then still entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. Read more about this on the page " Returns & refunds " Order not received?

Order incomplete?

Unfortunately, it can happen that your order arrives incomplete. Don't worry! We will make sure to resolve this as quickly and effectively as possible. Send an e-mail to: info@bluedidthat.com with subject: Order incomplete. Mention the following in your email:
Your name
Address, zip code + house number
Order number
The product you are missing.
Picture of your package

You will receive a response from us within 5 working days.

Order received damaged

Did you receive a damaged product? Please report this to us within 48 hours via info@bluedidthat.com  and take several photos of the order, including:

- From the whole outside of the package.Make sure the shipping label and any exterior damage is clearly visible. The information on the label must be legible.

- From the opened package, taken from the top. The contents and the inner packaging must be clearly visible.

- The entire damaged item is on.

- And a detailed photo of the concrete damage of the article. We will start an investigation at PostNL based on this information and photos. Keep the entire order and packaging until the investigation is complete.
