Deposit of 15% of the service price is required.

Deposits are never refundable and are not transferable.
You book for the day and time you want to do your hair/pick up your wig. So keep in mind that you bring your wig/bundles a NUMBER OF DAYS in advance. Do you NOT do this within the specified time? Will your appointment  be cancelled 

Payment in the salon is allowed in cash (preferred) but pin is also allowed :)

Be on time
- If you are 10 - 20 minutes late, a late fee will be added to the price of the service.
- Late fee = €15
- 20+ minutes late = appointment will be cancelled!
50% of the total service price that still has to be paid.

Cancel/Move
- Can be moved up to 48 hours in advance.
-Your appointment can be moved once up to max. end of the next month free of charge.
- If not canceled/moved in time, 50% of the service will be charged price that still has to be paid in charged.
NO SHOW = 50% of the service price will be charged. It is only possible to make a new appointment after payment.
Come alone.
Come with the right color lace! When in doubt, send me a message.
Wrong color lace? = Appointment cancelled.
Make sure your own hair is: Clean, combed (preferably blow-dried) and product-free.
MANDATORY! Mention your: Name, date & time of your appointment + telephone number when bringing your wedge/bundles on a note and put it in the bag of the wedge/bundles. Aren't you doing this?! Then your wedge will NOT be treated. I get several people a day who come to bring a wig or bundles and without a note I have no overview.

Shipping by post is NOT accepted!

Bleaching, picking and installing does NOT happen on the same day.

T-lace wigs are NOT accepted. Example T wedge see below:
