You are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days. During this period you can indicate that you wish to return your purchase without any reason. Send an email to : info@bluedidthat.com.

During the cooling-off period you must handle the product and the packaging with care. Blue DiD That has the right to charge costs or not to accept the return if the product is used or damaged. If the package has been received by Blue DiD That and the return is not accepted, the customer can choose to have the rejected product sent again at his or her own expense.

For returning the order, the return costs are for your account. We wait with refund until the product has been received in good order. We use the same payment method that the consumer has used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

Exceptions right of withdrawal
In connection with hygiene, the following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

Superblue Lace glue
Protect That Skin protector
BDT Separating Combs

 

All products that can be returned are carefully assessed for use and possible damage. All returned products must be delivered to us in the original packaging and unused/intact (if there is a plastic hygiene seal or seal sticker around the product and this is broken, the product can no longer be returned).

Products with visible signs of use will not be reimbursed. Products must be returned in the original and undamaged packaging.

Provide proper packaging and shipping material so that the products arrive undamaged. Shipments that are returned to us damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.

If returns are lost with the shipping company, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange this with this company, and unfortunately we are unable to refund the items. Questions about returns? Send an email to info@bluedidthat.com.

Return shipments will be processed by us within 14 days of receipt. We will inspect the returned products during that time and refund the money to you using the payment method you used to pay us. We will refund the cost of all returned products. Unfortunately, an exchange is not possible. We recommend placing a new order for this.

Refund after return

Within 14 working days after receipt of the return, we will refund the purchase amount to the same account that was used for the purchase. It is not possible to provide us with a different account number.
