Bookings Policy ( English )
π¬π§ Deposit of β¬15- β¬25 is mandatory.
The deposit will be deducted from the total service amount.
Deposits will never be refunded and are not transferable.
π¬π§You book for the day and time you want to do your hair/pick up your wig. So keep in mind that I need your hair a few days in advance.
T-lace wigs are NOT accepted!!!
π¬π§Shipping by mail is possible! ONLY REGISTERED AND VIA A NEAREST POSTNL POINT. Do you choose this option? Then first indicate this to me in advance so that I can give you further instructions.
!! Disclaimer !! : Shipping by PostNL is at YOUR OWN RISK. I am not liable in any way for the mistakes made by PostNL. Is your package damaged, lost etc. by PostNL? Then you will have to handle this with them.
π¬π§Β BeΒ on time and come alone. At the earliest 15 minutes before the booked time. Not earlier please

π¬π§ Between 10 - 20 minutes late, β¬10 late fee will be on top of the remaining service amount
After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled. No refund on deposit.
π¬π§Β Cancel/ change appointment date
- Can be up to 48 hours in advance.
-Your appointment can be moved once to max. end of the next month free of charge.
- In case of failure to cancel/move in time, 50% of the service price that still has to be paid will be charged.
NO SHOW = 50% of the service price will be charged. Only after the payment it is possible to make a new appointment.
π¬π§Come with the right color lace on the wig! If in doubt, send me a message. The lace has to be lighter than your skin complexion or the exact same color. If your lace is darker than your skin complexion, please donβt book( install wonβt look good)Β
Still the wrong color lace? = Appointment cancelled.
π¬π§ Make sure your wig fits right. Not too big and not too small. Otherwise this will negatively effect the wig install
π¬π§Make sure your own hair is: Clean, combed out (preferably blow-dry) andΒ no products.
